Emote bug?
emotes do not show the image when viewing the user profile->comments list.

Have you used firebug to see the issue?
I guess emoticon doesnt fire in the profile control set, just discussion. Use my emocss its better cleaner and uses no resources lol.

if only it could support a broader range of iconography, i would use it.
it seems like the emoticon issues with respect to scope could be solved pretty easily.
