Shouldn't the "Page Select the location of the pocket." option be a check box rather than a drop down option box?

you obviously don't mean a single checkbox, you problalby mean a checkbox grid, in which case it can also be handled with a multi-select listbox.

he means just duplicate the rule (pocket) you wish to apply to multiple pages... in each copy set one of the pages you want it to be present on...
