ProxyRequest cookie encoding

Is there a way to not encode the cookies when sending a request with ProxyRequest::Request? It seems that the variable $EncodeCookies, that is used to decide whether to encode the cookie values or not, cannot be changed through the options that are passed to the Request function. Is this wanted like that? Or will this be configurable in future versions of the forum?

    Found out in the meanwhile that it was just not configurable for the test proxy action, not for the one actually used to do the authentication.
