[Solved] Strange Profile Page (with BONK error)

KunalKunal
edited June 2012 in Vanilla 2.0 - 2.8

Please Check this URL

http://edgeineersclub.com/developers/profile/activity

All profile and activity pages are too strange. Everything is displayed twice or thrice. I have replaced all files except configuration file, but the problem still exists. I installed vanilla just a day before. There is problem with all the themes.

That isnt how embed works. Well it is, but the above link is for your main website.

However your forum, is standard forum. No custom headers etc. Basically when using embed you embed the forum within your normal website page, iframe.

goto dashboard and change theme to default.

if you have minify , then grab it and throw it in the bin.

goto cache folder, delete all .ini files.

  • Check this. Is it visible?

    http://edgeineersclub.com/developers

    This is main url.

    The issue could be this:

    < link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/developers/applications/dashboard/design/style.css?v=2.0.18.3" media="all" />
    < link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/developers/themes/EmbedFriendly/design/custom.css?v=1.0" media="all" />

you are using embed friendly page on a non embed forum from what I can see

yes the url http://www.edgeineersclub.com/edge-club.php does link to your forum. So what is the issue, you have that embedded properly from what I can see.

If you are a "prime website and development portal" I would have thought you could wrap standard vanilla with your own template structure, and not utilise embed.
