Facebook redirect uri shows local ip?

the uri the facebook plugin tells me to add to my facebook app is my local ip, how can i change it to my .tk domain?

i know id have to change the address in the actual code somewhere, just not sure what, i tried a couple things that didnt work...
can anyone point me int the right direction?
