Confirm Email Address / BONK

I can't get he email confirmation after signing up and when I try to resend the email confirmation I get the bonk page.
Any ideas?

"Bonk" what is that? Is it in the documentation? or did you search for it?
I don't get an error message. When I click the resend link I get sent to the Bonk page. The Bonk page seems to be something like the 401 error page.
Surely these guys must have written up something on what to do when you get a Bonk.
