Multi Language Support in Vanilla 2.1

1) Will right to left languages, such as Arabic, be supported in the forthcoming Beta?
2) For a forum with an international community, would users be able to select the language of the forum GUI, for exampleone set of users opting for English headings, buttons and labels and another set choosing to view the forum interface in Arabic?
3) Will users be able to view forum pages using Google Translate and have the content of the posts appear in their selected language?
Maybe I should have made 3 questions!
(I can't see any buttons to help me insert hyper-links...)

You can add urls with CTRL+L or like this: [description] (url)
-> remove the space between [description] and (url)

You can add urls with CTRL+L or like this: [description] (url)

It seems the righttoleft plugin, version 1.0b (Released July 7), is not yet usable! I hope @Todd will improve it.
@yeehi, you can help make Vanilla Right-to-Left compatible.
Maybe the worst suggestion: Integrate several Vanilla using jsConnect:

Thank you for the hint. I tested @Lincoln's Multilingual plugin now: it can't handle both rtl and ltr languages on one forum properly! It just change the locales!
Well, that's pretty much the whole point of the plugin. If you want combined RTL and LTR support, you'll need to implement it yourself.
