Has this addon been abandoned?

I gave it a quick try in Vanilla 2.0.18.4, but it didn't seem to work any more. The concept is pure genius, so it is a real shame if development has been abandoned. Wish I could help, but I'm no developer.

Yep, abandoned.
It looks like the Hellban, called "Troll", has now been built-into Vanilla 2.1.
