Notification Pop-Up Error all of a sudden

The notifications on my forum is appearing like the following:

I didnt make any change before it went wrong

    I have the same issue too. Just all of a sudden.

    What webserver do you use?

    I use a modified nginx as frontend and Apach2 as backend.
