I don't know if your plugin works in vanilla 2.1.
But generally (&$Sender) breaks most plugins in 2.1
it is best to just use ($Sender) without the & - if you want it to even have the chance of working in vanilla 2.1, and changing
to ($Sender) without the & will still work in 2.0.18.4
