    Got the exactly problem for Singapore's IP. And I'm using wordpress, too. Does it cause the issue?

    @JustinAnyhowStep I've just figured out the reason why. I'm not sure if it's your case. But mine is because the hosting provider uses stopforumspam lol And when you contact stopforumspam for IP spamming removal, you will get something like this
