One of the old posts on this forum refers to the use of jsConnect to connect between Vanilla and Joomla. I used these search terms : "joomla Vanilla" in the search bar.
There was an error rendering this rich post.
I am afraid, none of the members or admins is serious in addressing this issue.
I want to do the same for my site www.bahriatownonline.com but there is no solution/code written so far.
Actually, the code should be written in Joomla, Vanilla already provides two plugins for SSO with external applications.
I would suggest looking for the solution on Joomla support forums, or commissioning such coding (there are many skilled developers on this forum).
