How to modify the "Start a New Discussion" buttons

Hey there, I'm making a website and I want to modify the "Start a New Discussion" buttons for "Start a New Story".
It would be even better to change the word "Discussion" for "Story" everywhere.

This plugin was a great idea, I bet this can be also used in teaching environment giving the buttons the names for the subjects being learned. Thanks for this great plugin !
