What kind of plugin let me have this kind of activity awards I get here on this forum ?

I mean the badges I get for posting, replying etc and they seem to show up in my profile page too.

    It's the badges option the VanillaForums.com offers. I think they're called 'reactions' over there.

    Badges, until recently, were available only for hosted plans. The good news is that it's no longer like that. If you want them on your self-hosted installation, you have two options: the free PeregrineBadges plugin, developed by @peregrine, or the commercial one I'm about to release.
