Auto logoff from vanilla embedded forum?

I am using jsconnect so the existing logged in user of my site could use a vanilla forum. however, when the user logs out of my main site - he still remains logged in to the vanilla forum. How can I log him out from the forum after he loggedo ut of my site? ir at least force a check of his login status to my site anytime the page is laoded? I tried deleting the Vanilla/Vanilla-volatile cookies each time the user logs off, but it doesn't work.

Do you check that you really delete these cookies? Because if your forum and your site are in different domains this thing will not work
