Frames Plugin , just some more decorative touches or useless plugin ?

I am working on a plugin that adds decorative frames to the discussion avatars of people. I got the idea from the Hats plugin and also from a discussion here in the past ....

The idea is to use these frames on special occasions like Halloween, new year etc. People would be able to use their own or the ones I supply.

Below are screenshots of what the frames would look like on this forum .

    It is personal taste I guess. I would prefer just a sprite in one corner rather than a frame. Too much.

    I think its pretty neat. Depends how much work you want to put into it.

    You could provide an option in settings.

    dropdown box   

Display type (depending on your Personal Taste :)

sprite
frame
module  (just add a design in a panel.



display in discussion page  checkbox

display in profile checkbox

    I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.

    Well I was going to use the similar scheme you used in Category Image header where they have 6 options and selecting one hides the last one etc. But to call the css style sheet for the particular frame. by the way I had made an icon for that plugin too lol
