Installed from git. Forum reports itself as 2.2.4. Is this the same as 2.1b2?
This is my first install of Vanilla and it is my first time using git. I used git clone https://github.com/vanillaforums/Garden.git to download the files. The forum reports itself as version 2.2.4. Is this the same as 2.1b2?

@Shadowdare, thanks for that. I had liked the idea of using git to theoretically simplify updates. Is there anything similar for the beta versions? Could I use
git clone https://github.com/vanillaforums/Garden/tree/2.1for the beta?@openletter, you can use the 2.1 branch.
