What level do you get the signatures and how many points do you need for Level 3, and MVP?

I'm not sure why you are so bothered about the levels.
This site is simply about helping other users of Vanilla software, not about personal advancement (however one chooses to measure that.)
For me, the Golden Rule is:
help where you can; say nothing if you aren't sure
I'm not bothered. It was supposed to be a just asking.
