Embedded forum redirects to original URL on categories only

Hi all, just upgraded to v2.1b2 and it's running very smoothly in an embedded wordpress install where I plan to use it as a combined commenting system.

There's just one minor issue - on the embed redirect (which is set to go to www.htxt.co.za/forum) Category links are not being adjusted. The effect is that if you click on a category name, it takes you to the forum's real home (form.htxt.co.za), which is outside of the WP theme, and then redirects back in.

It's not a massive issue, but if anyone can point me to a fix it would be much appreciated.
