Login Issues

Hi all,

I have created my first forum and embedded it onto my site and set it up as I wanted including adding categories etc. However I can no longer login. The message comes up saying that it has no record of my email/user name. However both are correct. When I try to sign up as a regular user with a different email, I get a bonk message? I re-uploaded the vanilla files to my server and went through the entire process with exactly the same result. i.e. cannot login?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
