Q&A Swapped Around

Hi guys! I recently found out that on my forum, the Q&A is swapped around, so the button says "Ask a Question" and in the drop down menu, it contains a normal Discussion. Is there anyway I can do this? With the search broken right now, I can't search to find it and I know there's a discussion about this, so if anyone can help me, that'd be appreciated. Thank you guys so much! You don't know how much it helps me!
