Wordpress comments loading homepage on signin

Hi all,

My 2.1b2 install (embedded for comments & forum in Wordpress) has developed an interesting issue and I'm not sure why. After a user has logged in to comment on a post, the full homepage of the forum is loaded into the commenting iframe rather than the comments.

I can't figure out if this is a conflict with another plugin or as a result of the last Wordpress update. Any tips on where to start troubleshooting Vanilla?

    I've had this same problem. It is probably a conflicting javascript.

    Clearing caches completely seems to solve it, but only for one visit :/
