How to disable discusion poll plugin for members

  Probably going to the plugin and posting your question there is a better idea when asking questions about a specific plugins.

  that said. from the description:

  The View permission allows users to actually view polls. The Vote permission allows a user to vote in any poll. The Add permission allows users to add and remove polls attached to their own discussions. The manage permission allows a user to add and remove polls attached to any discussion.

  one would think you give members only view permission.

  look in roles and permissions in dashboard for the add-on under members
