Getting the irritating "502 bad gateway" error occasionally

This is what I run into every once and awhile... I mainly see it when deleting spam signups if that matters, although just saw it signing out of my forum. I'm using v2.1 and noticed this from the default install. My forum is at: BlabTalk.com I'm using CyberFox as my browser.

    This error has nothing to do with Vanilla. It's an Nginx error, which often occurs when you have more connections that the server is configured to handle.
