Is it possible to include a Reply Textbox in Notification Mails sothat members can post comments from with in their inbox. It will bring more engagements

As far as I know, emails cannot contain forms. The only way to allow users to reply directly to an email they received would be implementing the "reply by email" feature, currently available only on hosted solutions, and already thouroughly discussed: http://vanillaforums.org/discussion/22620/post-by-email.
Not a simple feature to implement.
