Disable account creation email

Hi Guys,

I want to create a private community and have to prepare my board before I open it for the user. Therefore the user should not be informed when I already create their accounts. Is there a possibility to disable emails for vanilla by a configuration or something like that?

$Configuration['Garden']['Email']['Disabled'] = TRUE;

just be make sure don't enter any SMTP/email detail in the first place, therefore there will be no mishaps.
