my board index don't show username
Where exactly are you expecting a username to show up? Please explain in further detail or post an image.
What version of vanilla and theme are you using?

my board don't show user
its standard not to show the authorname - but you have the author in indexphotos as displayed.
or you can use authortimeview plugin. http://vanillaforums.org/addon/authortimeview-plugin
or there are some other plugins I haven't tested.
ShowDiscussionAuthor plugin as well
