Feature request: Image Upload button on Edit Post form

When you edit a comment, it doesn't get the image upload button. This would be very helpful!

chuck911 hasn't been online here for a few months, so reporting it on github would make more sense:

However, the last time I tried to add these features to the plugin myself, Vanilla 2.1 was missing the Hooks to do it cleanly.

My rather suboptimal solution to this:

Change line 31 of class.imageupload.plugin.php to:

    if(!in_array(get_class($Sender), array('PostController','DiscussionController', 'MessagesController')))

add these hooks:

public function MessagesController_BeforeMessageAdd_Handler($Sender){
    echo $Sender->FetchView($this->GetView('upload_button.php'));
}

public function MessagesController_BeforeMessageForm_Handler($Sender){
    echo $Sender->FetchView($this->GetView('upload_button.php'));
}

and to imageupload.js

$('#Form_Body').before($('.ImageUploadWrapper').detach());
