@martin2008 you can just delete it from the gear icon
This is an example to delete a discussion, you can also delete comments
You can also use "Report Spam" plugin, which lets you delete & ban

@martin2008 if you are under attack from spammers, you should look at enabling akismet, stopforumspam, and consider peregrine's botstop plugin: http://vanillaforums.org/addon/addregistrationquestion-plugin
On an aside, and the reason I push the Report Spam plugin, is that by you and more people using it and reporting spam to stopforumspam the better it is for everyone. If you are getting spam on the activity page, you may wish to change permissions to review view access from members, or remove the link from your nav. This was a spam magnet in an open source forum I had.

@martin2008 not sure what you mean. You can enable the plugins suggested and change the numbers in the StopForumSpam settings.
Set the the Email threshold at 3 and 7 and maybe the IP and 5 and 10.
