How to enable Cache

I was told only enabling cache helps prevent brute force. Can anyone help me with this ?

Good passwords also prevent brute force.

Anyway, you would need to install memcached and add this to cour config:

$Configuration['Cache']['Enabled'] = TRUE;
$Configuration['Cache']['Method'] = 'memcached';
$Configuration['memcached']['Store'] = 'localhost';
