Not showing after upgrade from 2.1.7 to 2.1.8p1

in Vanilla 2.0 - 2.8

" Utility Links " plugin after from 2.1.7 to 2.1.8p1 upgrade it does not show on my dashboard, I have disabled it reinstalled it, checked config and roles and it still won't show. Any ideas?

    Try changing permissions to

    Garden.Settings.Manage where is says Garden.AdminUser.Only

    This plugin is only to be seen by users with Admin =1 in the database for security, but if you can trust those with settings access you are fine.

    ha ha, Ok, I logged out and logged in as Admin, and it's showing now. Thanks.
