Plugin to Restrict Thread creations

HI Guys !
Hope you are all well and enjoying life! and not stuck on your computer screen all day long!!!!!!!! O.o>:):p
ok that felt good...

Anyway, I am fighting a losing battle with spam.

I have used Captcha, Questions On Signup, Botstop plugin but they all get in.

I think they are humans somewhere in China or india just spamming away.

So big question,

IS there a plugin which can restrict new members from creating new threads and requests them to comment 5 times before they can create a new thread. Also, comments needs a certain amount of time between the comments.

Possibly 5 of their comments needs to be approved by admin can be an options.
I think this will benefit spam posts.

Any idea

If there is not plugin, We should crowd fund it :)

    Have you tried StopForumSpam?

    You can also set the Vanilla.Approval.Require permission for the user role. This enables pre-moderation so that posts of users require moderator approval until the user is verified.

    There was also a plugin called PreventWeblinks, but it is not in the addons repository anymore. Maybe someone still has a copy.

    I don't have a copy, that was one of peregrine's plugins. :(
