Translation of specific words issue

Hello,
I have a problem with translation an email specific words as well as message notification.
I have no idea what happened, but sometimes when I sent an email (testing) I've received proper translate words, but sometimes its remaining as an original.
e.g. sent you a message

Do you have any idea what could be went wrong?

I think this could be a known bug: if a someone uses a different language, you receive notifications in his language.
Thanks for an info. Do you know what is that depend on?
I mean is something from php or server side?
