That is already available, it is called Cloud Hosted Vanilla. You donate every month and you get all kinds of perks. Your discussions are starting to resemble spam.. please restrain yourself from posting nonsense ....

These forums are for the open-source version of Vanilla. There could not possibly be a live-chat support feature since the software is free and there is no staff to employ such a feature.
