Is there an addon for embedding instagram video content on vanilla forum?
Does anyone knows how to achieve this?

You need to use oEmbed. Or create a plugin .

@vrijvlinder - thank you for your comment. I have enabled oEmbed but cannot embed neither twitter nor Facebook video and contents. Please do you know how I can embed facebook or twitter content with oEmbed or anyother addon/
oEmbed will only with vanilla 2.2 which is not yet out I suppose. Also read this and it may help you a lot http://vanillaforums.org/discussion/29709/can-you-embed-tweets-vines-instagram-on-the-open-source-version-2015-edition
