Plugin has no obvious way to "Ask A Question" out of the box.

I was confused as to why there was no obvious way to ask a question after first installing v1.2.2 of this plugin.

If you're also confused, take a look at class.qna.plugin.php. The Base_BeforeNewDiscussionButton_Handler() method is commented out. If you remove the comments, your "New Discussion" button will have a drop down menu like the Vanilla community forum does with an "Ask A Question" option.

Now, why this is commented out, I have no idea....?

That simply adds a second button but it is redundant so it is commented out. There already is a fix for that provided by peregrine a while back... just look for the discussion in the search..
