Views are Bugged?

Hello, It is possible views become bugged? On my last forum, everytime when I checked the discussion one view was added.. But now it's only 1.. and not only me visited this discussions I have and comments.. how can I solve this ?

Yes, that's totally fine. But have you tried what has been suggested in the topics you can find by searching "view count"?

I don't know where I can get php.ini
