How to display social media sharing icons after the title? Sharethis plugin doesn't work.
Can I manually add code? But I don't know where should I place the code.

Which plugin are you using ?
Look in the plugin's file for these and change After to Before if they exist in the plugin you are using ...

In what way did it not work ? That does not say much..
