Default theme being used on mobile [Solved]

Hello,
the default theme is being used on mobile view of my forums. I have activated the Bitter Sweetversion 1.1 theme and deleted the default theme. I have already browsed the forums and no ones suggestions was a fix to me. I tried the code in the config file, cleared caches, cleared history, and reinstalled the software.
