YAGA Badge,Reactions and Rank settings not appearing

vanilla version 2.1.10
yaga version 1.0.3
When going from local -> to live something really strange is happening. The setting links for the aforementioned items do not appear under Gamification panel in the dashboard. I only see 1 link for settings.
Through settings it allows me to check uncheck specific items to enable. I have checked these items and noted that
all the Yaga tables have been generated
Yaga its self seems to be working I receive badges and others of the like, however I can not access the settings for the above items.
When i try to access the links directly I am getting a 404? has anyone ever encountered this?

You need to assign the Yaga.*.Manage permissions to your role if you are not using a super admin account.

Using Theme Bootstrap/Yeti
few other issues.
1. reactions are not being recorded once user clicks like, dislike or promote. I made sure every role has the propper permission to view and add reactions
2. Show links in main menu setting not displaying under settings
I even tried downgrading YAGA to 1.0 and did a fresh install
I have debug turned on and even checking the error logs for php and mysql and I dont see any issues arising?
Any ideas?
