How to add new fields to User Profile?

Is there a way to add new fields to the user profile.. such as Title, Bio etc...

    profile extender plugin.

    you should see it in your dashboard plugins.

    I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.
