Why is the community forum changing to Korean language whenever I signed in?

Why is the community forum changing to Korean language whenever I signed in?
I am not an asian and do not understand the characters at all. So why I am seeing the characters instead of English characters?![]
See screenshot. Why is this happening? I am getting very frustrated.
I can't even read my inbox, notifications, comment and send reply because of this Asian character!

    me too after I click korean in the footer.

    but you can fix it by clicking english in the footer. it is very light letters below vanilla logo in footer.

    I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.

    I will love to learn Korean if possible but Asian language characters seems too hard to understand.
