Please help me my forum address is here: http://forum.howi.in I can see the attachment option in the mobile version of my forum but Can't see in Web Version. I tried many other plugins to add an option for attachment, but none of them were working. Please help me out

You will need to make a test account for someone so they can check it out. The editor or adding a discussion can't be seen for guests. It may well be your theme that is hiding the button .
