Hello I just signout of my account on my forums and now and I can't see the login button I tried:
Restarting my PC cache
Restarting Website cache
Turning off SSL
Removing all my plugins
Removing the theme
Turning off cloudflare

And after making a account with twitter and logging out every time I click the login button I get this:

PS:
I'm running the latests update and theme and yes I restart my forums over 4 times and I'm still getting this problem.
Looks like I'm going to have to restart my website again I don't know what but it seems Vanilla 2.2 is causing this saying that my friend is having the same trouble.
Everyone the plugin Google+ was causing this.
If someone could report this to the dev team it would help.
