I don't use the plugin but a few suggestions...
if you are using vanilla 2.1 or earlier. you should upgrade to vanilla 2.2.1 or you should post in the correct category and state what version of vanilla you are using.
from plugin description it says it works Working with Vanilla 2.0.18.13 and 2.1+
I don't know what 2.1+ means - only the author can tell you what vanilla versions it works on.
also state what version of php you are using.
