User wants in to forum

I have a rather urgent matter that currently appears to have no clear resolution. I am trying to join a vanilla forum (the Twine Forum). However, I can't. Because for some reason, it won't send out confirmation emails, and I can't get help I need, or even help to get that email, because there seems to be no way to contact the moderators to tell them I can't get this email. Please, I need help and I don't know what to do! (I also don't know what version of Vanilla they are running because there is no way to check). I do notice there doesn't appear to be a way to log out, or make changes to the email if it was wrong (it's not, tried twice with different emails), which is rather annoying.

Assuming it is using the Open Source version, there's nothing anyone here can do.

What is the address of the forum?

That question is in no way related to Vanilla, sorry.

Assuming you are talking about http://twinery.org/forum I see a lot of options, though. If you look at http://twinery.org you will find in the upper right box three links to GitHub/BitBucket repositories. If you have an account there, you can write an issue in one of those repos. You could also find the homepage of the main author and he has a contact form on his homepage.

You can find the Vanilla version by inspecting the source code with a web inspector. If their forum is not set up proper they need to fix the problem with the mail. Have you checked your trash bin or junk folder ?
