In Vanilla 2.3, using WYSIWYG format, Quotes are placed with cursor in the blockquote instead of outside of it. This also has the result of pages not scrolling all the way to cursor location.
Any fixes or suggestions on how to resolve?

You normally would click quote button and then that puts the quotes inside of a blockquote tag. That is how it has always worked.
Can you prove this somehow ? screenshot ? js errors ?

The cursor has always gone outside the blockquote. Now it's in the quote itself.
As far as the scroll down issue, that is appearing to be browser specific. In any event, the cursor placement post quote is the big concern.
Also, appears quotes are not nesting properly, as second tier doesn't appear in a quote box. Think I addressed that before though. If any one has guidance that is appreciated

Using Advanced Editor, format set to WYSIWYG. Theme is Embed Friendly.
Have resolved the nesting issue on subsequent tiers.
My thoughts are the js for the quotes plugin is the answer lies, but so far no success. Thank you for your patience and assistance.
