Yes i had it removed because it was affected on my editor. Now i have it installed back. the issue fixed. except now my comment editor does not appear.
you can not use formating without it, it is required, if it is removed this renders the markup safely rather then allow raw code to be outputted. This is a security feature.
Open a separate discussion regarding the editor.
