Can anyone recommend a responsive / adaptive themer ?

We have developed and finished a fully responsive vanilla forum with a mobile theme on v2.3, but we haven't made it adaptive to look nice on desktop.

At the moment the desktop theme is simply a over stretched fully responsive version width to width of the mobile theme.

I'm looking for someone that it experienced with responsive themeing on vanilla forums and can take the desktop version and adapt it accordingly using fixed width and positioning for the discussion list, showing 2 columns, widgets, etc

I'd be grateful if someone can point me in the direction of a vanilla themer that might be able to assist, or if you are a themer yourself, please send me a private message.
