Hello,
The Persian translation for Vanilla is an Awful and bad translation 
, I decided to translate it from scratch, I have a problem with the Transifex, I am trying to upload my translation but it replaces only untranslated strings, I need to replace all strings, Do you have any quick suggestion for it?

I have no experience with transifex. But you can write messages on transifex and ask the maintainers directly: https://www.transifex.com/user/messages/compose/kaecyra/

What is the meaning of : %s WTFs
, Is it the famous WTFs word ?? 
Yes (I'm guessing it is from YAGA) - you can change that to whatever works for you or remove the reaction all together.
